To provide a more concise and intuitive experience for Marketers, leverage Conditional Form Logic to shorten your campaign intake forms.
How it Works
Admins can define "Ruling Fields" and "Dependent Fields" within the Launcher Form Editor. When a Marketer fills out a campaign form, the interface dynamically adjusts. Instantly decluttering the UI and showing only what is relevant to their specific context.
Key Features
Simple Logic (IF/THEN/ELSE): Create rules using a straightforward structure. For example, IF "Number of speakers" equals 1, THEN hide "Speaker 2".
Flexible Operators: Support for various operators like Equals, Contains, Is Null, Greater Than, and Between, depending on the field type (Text, Number, Date, etc.).
Smart Validation: If a field is hidden by logic, Jeto will skip its validation (e.g., required field checks), preventing "phantom" errors on fields the user can't see.
Dynamic Display: As Marketers create campaign they will see the form dynamically adapt to show or hide fields in under 200ms for a seamless, instantaneous feel.
Setting Up Rules
You can manage all logic for a form in a single, centralized place within the Launcher Editor.
Navigate to the Form Editor: Select the field you want to use as a trigger.
Access Conditional Logic: Use the toggle menu to switch between "Field Properties" and "Conditional Logic".
Define Your Rule:
Select a Ruling Field: Choose the field that controls the behavior.
Set the Condition: Choose your operator and value.
Assign Dependent Fields: Select one or multiple fields to be shown or hidden based on that condition.
Repeat: You can add as many rules as you need - there is no hard limit, but the system has been tested to support up to 25 conditional rules per form without any performance degradation.
