February 13-14th - Marketo Maintenance and Jeto Service Interruption

Adobe has scheduled critical network maintenance for Marketo Engage to enhance the reliability and scalability of its platform for the San Jose servers.

This will temporarily impact Jeto's services.

Maintenance Details:

Date: February 13 - February 14, 2026

Start Time : 8:00 PM EST (February 13)
End Time:

Marketo: 2:00 AM EST (February 14)

Jeto: 9:00 AM EST (February 14)

How This Affects You:

  1. During this window, all Marketo Engage services will be unavailable for all clients in the San Jose serve node. (see this article for help to find your data center tenant)

  2. All Jeto services will be suspended (regardless of your Marketo region).

    Because Jeto is deeply integrated with Marketo, you will not be unable to login to the Jeto services and all data synchronization will be suspended. Please plan your marketing activities accordingly. If automated launch campaigns have been scheduled during this period it will be delayed until after the maintenance window.

  3. If you have other systems that integrate to Jeto or Marketo, we highly recommend suspending their usage during the maintenance window to avoid API errors.

This maintenance is being performed by Adobe, and Jeto's platform itself is not undergoing maintenance. Our services will return to normal as soon as the Marketo maintenance is complete.
