Yes, you can delete a launcher at any point. However, if you delete the launcher, all associated campaigns will disappear from the users' dashboards.

If you wish, you can update a launcher. The associated campaigns will not disappear from the dashboards. They will, however, enforce the changes if a user tries to edit a campaign that was created prior to your changes or if they clone an old campaign.
