2024 06 07 Between 12:51PM and 12:56PM - Services Unaccessible (DNS Issue)
Jeto service has been inaccessible for a short period due to a DNS synchronization Issue with our provider Funio.
2024 05 17 Between 9:24AM and 10:36AM - Services Unaccessible (DNS Issue)
Jeto service has been inaccessible at different times due to a DNS synchronization Issue with our provider Funio. We expect full service to be resumed within 1 hour
2022 09 21 Between 3:48PM and 3:50PM - Unscheduled Maintenance
Unscheduled server upgrades where performed and caused 2 minutes downtime.
2022 04 06 Between 4:30PM and 5:30PM - Availability issues
Jeto was inaccessible for 1 hour due to unexpected errors during roll out of new feature release.
2022 02 24 13:55PM to 14:36 - Availability issues
Our users experienced service availability issues caused by an interruption in our deployment process.
2021 12 21 - Intermittent Login errors and delayed job processing.
Jeto application was inaccessible to a subset of users and campaigns job processing was suspended between 12:40 PM UTC and 16:55 PM UTC due to a Java service interruption caused by a human error. All jobs resumed normally.
2021 12 15 - Intermittent Authentication Errors
Jeto application was inaccessible to a subset of users on December 15th 2021, 15:36 UTC following a Major disruption in our Authorization Service (Auth0).
2021 01 26 - Services Unaccessible (DNS ISSUE)
Jeto service has been inaccessible due to a DNS synchronization Issue between 10:31 and 11:17 AM Est (time may vary depending on geography and DNS propagation delays).
2021 01 18 - Scheduled maintenance
On January 18th, between 8:16AM EST and 8:38AM EST
Jeto was down for scheduled maintenance. This update delivers better performance and reliability for our users.
2020 02 24 - Interruption to Email Notifications Services
On February 24th, between 11:06PM EST and February 25th 3:41 PM EST
Email notifications services - including campaign created/updated notifications, user invitation emails, password reset, launcher shared notifications and campaign comments - were halted, resulting in emails not being sent during this service interruption. Upon resolution, emails affected by the interruption were not processed retroactively.
In addition to fixing the issue, the risk related to this type of interruption has been mitigated by improving the services with the addition of a backup email notifications server and additional email delivery monitoring alerts.
2020 02 24 - Delayed Campaign Creation / Campaign Update
On February 24, between 11:06PM EST and February 25th 8:51 AM EST.
Campaign creation and campaign update activities were delayed. Upon resolution, all campaigns were processed, around 8:51 AM EST.
2 clients where affected by this issue and were proactively contacted by the Jeto support team.

Log4J Critical Vulnerability
On Dec 9th 2021 a critical vulnerability was uncovered in Log4J. Please note that Jeto does not use this framework and therefore, it is not directly affected by this threat. We have also confirmed that our upstream vendors have applied mitigation measures and we believe that these mitigations should cover with what is currently known about these vulnerabilities.
