Audience Targeting - configurations & sharing permissions

We are very excited to announce that Audience Targeting has now entered the second stage of our closed Beta and is available to be added on to your accounts. If you're looking to utilize Audience Targeting's powerful capabilities, please reach out to your Jeto CSM.

What is Audience Targeting?
In Jeto - your Audience represents a targeted group of people that will be targeted for a specific campaign.

Audience targeting currently allows for your marketers to select the target audience for their campaign Marketo Smart Lists, pre-approved by Jeto Administrators. With our latest release, Audience Targeting capabilities can be shared with specific Groups & Launchers.

When creating a new campaign, the lead records corresponding to the selected Smart List are then automatically exported from Marketo and imported back in the campaign (cloned Marketo Program) and stored in a prebuilt static list. If you combine Audience targeting with the Modules Editor and Jeto's Automated Launch feature, you can get a 100% automated build and marketers are now fully autonomous in build & delivering Campaigns.

That means even less manual work, faster campaign launches and more time saved for your team!

You can find specific details regarding the Audience Targeting feature in our knowledge base article linked below:

Since our closed Beta release last Fall, we have introduced several new enhancements to our Audience Targeting Productivity Booster in our latest release, including:

  1. More granular control of Audience Targeting permissions with Admins being able to share smartlists to specific Launchers & Groups.

  2. New Audience Targeting UX to allow multiple Data Source Configurations to be set up & shared within Jeto.

  3. Improved handling of imported Audience information in Jeto.

  4. Better error handling for potential sync issues.

  5. Better error handling for cases where campaigns utilize deleted Data Sources.

  6. Additional information being sent from Jeto to Marketo on submission of a Jeto Campaign with a selected Audience.
