From the Assets Preview panel, click anywhere on an asset to "Pin" a new comment (1). Hover over an existing comment to reveal the action menu and reply, resolve, edit, or delete it.
From the Campaigns Dashboard, the Comments Icon indicates the number of unresolved comments. Just click it to join the conversation.
Tagging users in comments (email notifications)
Sometimes you’ll need to call the attention of another member when having a conversation in Jeto.
While adding a comment, start typing the @ symbol followed by the user's first name and a list of users will appear. Select the desired user(s) and they will receive an email notification immediately after your comment is added.
