If you are having issues logging into Jeto and get the error "user not found", please validate how your email address is written in Jeto with your Administrator. The email field to log in is case sensitive. If, for example, your user was created with the email John.Smith@email.com, using the email email@example.com will not work. Jeto will not recognize the user.
