Control the input of timezones in time fields and values sent to Marketo Tokens

Jeto Time fields come allows to activate (or deactivate) a "Timezone" property. When activated the following components will be impacted.

⚠︎ Note that the Timezone parameter is turned "Off" on all Launcher\Campaign Form fields created prior to October 31st 2024. To activate it select the field and toggle the "Timezone" to "On"

Timezone parameter turned "On" by default on newly added Time fields after that date.

Campaign Experience

A picklist is added on the campaign form allowing marketer to select one of 55 Timezone options.

Marketo Tokens & Campaign Data

A total of 4 Tokens \ Values are pushed to Marketo Tokens. All these fields will use the associated Time field name as a prefix. For example if your Time field Marketo Token name is "Time 1", then as your campaign is submitted, the following fields will be populated.

Automated Campaign Launch

When time fields are used in Campaign Launch configuration, Jeto will take the selected timezone in consideration when executing the activation\deactivation\scheduling of Smart Campaigns. For example, campaign with Time entry of 13:13 BST (GMT +07:00) and an offset of -3 hours will be scheduled\activated at 3:13 GMT.
